Women’s Fitness Class:
This 6 week class meets every Monday and Thursday evening from 5:45 to 6:30pm. Dr. Brittany becomes Coach Brittany for these classes that meet you at your ability level to ensure that you get what you need! It’s a great way to work out with other supportive and encouraging women. Class limited to 12 amazing ladies ages 18 to 100.
Baseball/Softball Throwing Camp:
This camp is a 4 week program that runs Saturdays starting April 15th, going through May 6th. It will run from 1-2pm. Baseball and softball players from ages 8-14 will have the opportunity to get their arms warmed up for the season by learning the ins and outs of proper throwing mechanics. Proper throwing means a decreased risk of overuse injuries and general elbow and shoulder discomfort. Players who sign up before April 8th will also receive a camp T-shirt. Sizes are youth SM to adult LG.
Volleyball Camp:
This three day clinic is designed to introduce fundamentals of volleyball to beginners as well as progression of skills for returning players ages 8 and up. We will focus on skills, teamwork, game fundamentals, and work ethic. Most of all we want to make it fun for all levels. This camp is led by coaches and varsity players that have a passion for the game. We are looking forward to instilling passion, skill and teamwork into our young athletes! Session 1 starts June 20th. Session 2 starts July 18th.
